Use of Taleo Onboarding with other Taleo Products

Hello,

I am curious to know what other types of Taleo products other companies are using, and how they work together.

I think I have an understanding of how Taleo Recruiting works with Taleo Onboarding, however, I wonder if any of you out there are using Taleo Onboarding with Taleo Learn. How long do you define onboading? 90 days? 6 months? At what point do new hires stop using Taleo Onboarding?

I ask these questions as my company starts to think about how we need to customize Taleo Onboarding, who all of our user groups will be, and how we might be able to streamline other systems/processes through Taleo Onboarding.
