Oracle messages - confusing to anyone else?

Hi,

Is anyone else having a hard time understanding all of the Oracle messges and emails about all the updates and migrations? I am very confused as to what I am supposed to be doing, it is very difficult to get anyone quickly to assist and the support center website is pretty convoluted. I wish those messages were tailored to customers since they are sent directly to our email or are available when we log in.

I wonder if anyone has found a way of keeping up with them.
