Feedback Template on Review - Be able to modify it

We have reformatted our Review Template this year removing the Grading Scale from one section and modifying the other sections from a 5 point scale to a 4 point scale.  The multi-rater / feedback request template can't be modified to reflect these changes to the grading scale so any score given is inaccurate.  We will probably have to remove the grading scale from the template (to avoid confusion) making this feature not very useful.  It will be helpful it this template could be modified.
