Employee Self Reviews?

When we went through implementation we had thought we wanted to do self reviews.  Now, we are through implementation and have changed our minds.  Does anyone know how to change it in "Customize Perform" so the employee does not do a self review.  I want the managers to complete the review adn then have some kind of control as to when the employee can see it.  Example: Employee should only be able to see the reivew once they have had a discussion about it with their managers.
