Is there a way to limit a hiring managers ability to search using the quick search bar? We limit our hiring managers ability to see candidates until they are properly vetted by HR. We do this through a series of restrictions on page layouts and list views. However, we have found that you can search for any candidate using the quick search bar and pull up their record. We have had several instances lately where a candidate contacted the hiring manager directly and they pulled them up using the quick search and asked to interview them.
