Cloning requisitions

Hello-

I have a couple of questions about cloning requisitions:

Firstly it would be great if we could limit which user roles within the system can/cannot clone requisitions. Is it possible to do this effectively?

Secondly, once a role has been cloned, is it possible for the staus of that role to be changed? If an active role is cloned this seems to be a shortcut for recruiters to create a role whilst bypassing all the approval stages!
