Tracking Recruiter Time to Fill

Hi,

I'm trying to get some metrics on my recruiting team regarding time to fill for their positions. What I'm having trouble with is how can I track if a position that was started by 1 recruiter but filled by another recruiter or show another recruiter took over the position. I want to show that the recruiter that filled position didnt take 60 days to fill but perhaps only 20 days. Is there anyways to track this in Taleo? Or do I need to create some new fields?
