order of custom fields has shifted since Oct. 11th hence integration is broken

Just since Oct. 11th, the order of our custom fields has shifted which as a result has broken our integration with Peoplesoft. Our guess is that it has to do with the new release that happened on Oct. 11th. I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue? I am opening a ticket with Oracle but I wanted to reach out to the group to see if I got a response as well.
looking forward to hearing back as this has caused integration to fail and we are trying to fix it.
many thanks
