Unwanted Job Scraping - disclaimer text suggestions?

I realize this is not a Taleo specific issue however I was wondering if any of you have faced this issue.
Occasionally sites such as Backpage.com are scraping jobs from our careers page and posting on their site. We realize that we cannot prevent them from doing this but are concerned that it may look like we are actually posting there and given the reputation of backpage.com this is concerning.
