'Freezing' the Navigation/Tabs at the Top of TBE

Is there a way to freeze the tabs when I log into TBE?  For example, if I am viewing any web page in TBE and want to quickly go to another area in the application, I have to scroll up to the top of the screen to access the tabs.  Is there a way to anchor them up top?
