Capturing Costs to Hire in the Requisition

Hi,

is anyone capturing costs of the hiring process through the requisition fields? It looks like that the fields have to be completed before the requisition is posted and therefore how can you accuratly capture the true costs?

Have people created UDF's which seem to be available at all times even when the role is posted.

I have read a lot on here but it doesn't seem to be simple.

Anyone out there who has a solution I would really appreciate it.
