TBE Onboard - Notification of Completed Activities

Hi

I'm using Taleo Business Edition. Does anybody know how to set up an auto email which notifies a recruiter when an employee has completed all assigned activities (in Onboard) to save going in to the employee profile and manually checking until it says that all associated activities are 100% complete?
