Employee view when e-signing

When using Onboard, do anybody else's employees have issues with the viewing their offer documents before e-signing? We've noticed the view is not very user friendly and sometimes pages won't download in full (e.g, half the page shows and the other half is a big black line). However once the document has been e-signed and can be viewed as a PDF, the document publishes clearly.  Would be keen to hear id anybody is having this issue and/or how you've got around it.
