Printing before e-signing

Hi

Does anybody know how an employee can print their offer, prior to e-signing? I know there is a print function in the viewing screen, however when this option is selcted, the document prints out in a strange way (ie, 1/4 of the viewing page prints out on a full A4 page). This isn't ideal as lots of employees like to print the document to read before they e-sign. I'm hoping there is a way to do this as it seems strange the print function is available but doesn't work. Perhaps it's a setting I need to change?
