Automatic emails when candidate updates his/her application

Hello all,

I want to turn off the automatic emails the requisition owners get when candidates update their application. How do i do that? I have tried to do this with trying to change it from their user preferences but it does not seem to work. (see here: http://knowledgeexchange.taleo.com/ideas/3564 )

I think it should be quite easy, but i just can't find it.
