Code/Name vs Description/Name/Number

Hiya, this might be a kind of dumb question, but I can't find definitive documentation anywhere, and I'm getting kind of tired of fumbling around.

In version 12, they seemed to have moved away from using Code and Name - which matches Recruiting - and have started using Name, Description and Number instead.

I haven't definitively figured out which goes with which yet - has anyone else?

Is there someone from Taleo who can explain this in more detail?

Thanks!  Jocelyn
