Using Taleo Recruiting for Reorganisations

Hi all,
I wonder if any of you have been using Taleo Recruiting to manage reorganisations in your businesses - and would be prepared to share any creative solutions or suggestions for how to best leverage Taleo for this purpose?
For example (but not limited to), using Autopooling, creating specific career sections, or operating a matching process for candidates?
