Goal Comments

My question is regarding goals, and documenting progress throughout the year. We complete annual reviews only. Managers assign goals at the start of the year, and then around a month or so prior to the review being due, they assign the review for the employee to complete a self-assessment. Many managers, and employees would like to document progress throughout the year. The manager can obviously go into the goals and enter their comments during the year. Does anyone have any insight into how an employee can document their own progress? I see in EWS that there is an employee comment
