Private / hidden / invisible / double secret requisitions?

We have a requisition for a confidential search job that we do not want to post either externally or internally.

What we would like to do is have the job invisibly posted and then as we get suitable candidates we can send them a deep link for the posting so that they can complete their application.

Have you done this?
