Importing to SmartOrg/Organizations/Element Management

We have multiple hospitals within our company and have them set up under SmartOrg, Organizations, Element Management

Our company is set up as the Parent,

Each hospital is set up as Children

Each department is set up as Children

We will be adding a new hospital and need to set up the departments.  I would like to load them using TCC but am having trouble determining which fields to select for the import.

I am using:

Product = Smartorg

Entity = Organization

Operation = merge

Parameter = 1:Organization 

How do I know which Parent and Children to select from the listing of fields?  Any help would be appreciated.
