How to create a new placeholder on the employee record

Hi,
I am trying to create a new section on the employee page that allows me to track employee discipline. I am able to do this easy enough by creating fields and adding them to the View Employee & Edit Employee pages. The problem however is that this section doesn't have the ability to keep a log of discipline, only one instance.
I am looking to create the section in a similar fashion to the education or work history sections (placeholders) where you can add an educational history and then another and so on, keeping a log. Is it possible to create such a section?
