Chrome has stopped loading Taleo properly...any else having issues?

Many of our recruiters and users have used Chrome for a great experience running Taleo and we've never had any major problems with new upgrades of Taleo or Chrome. About a month or two ago, Chrome no longer will load Recruiting properly, it shrinks it down and isn't usable. (Screenshot attached) The current Chrome version is 23, and running Taleo 12A.8.14.
Everything else seems to be working fine from configuration, onboarding and career sections...just the recruiting center is impacted.
Has anyone else seen anything like this? It is not computer specific and is impacting all users on a variety of computers.
