Receiving "Network" Error

Has anyone received an error when taking various actions in Taleo that states "A Network Error has Occured"?  We have recieved this multiple times when taking various actions such as Posting a job, changing prescreening questions, rejecting/withdrawing candidates, etc.

If yes, can you tell me what steps you/Taleo took to resolve this?
