"Placeholder" in export

Happy New Year everyone!

I am trying to create an export from onboarding that emulates our 105 column new hire export from recruiting.  The only issue is that we only need to pass about 10-11 columns of data from onboarding but need it to be 105 columns.  Is there a quick "placeholder" I can use in an export to pass blank data?

Taleo told me to use this replacing the alias but I get an error when I run the config about a subquery?  I have no subqueries in my file.
