Applicant History Viewable by all Req Owners?

Case in point:  Applicant has applied to 12 different positions.   All requisition owners tied to the open positions see that the person is "shopping" around the organization and applying to 12 positions within various departments.  In addition, they see all the questions/answers to the preference questions for each req.  Is there a method to keeping the application tied to the specific requisition so only the owners of that req see the information and not all the historical jobs the applicant has applied to?
