how do you edit the requisition-specific reason for rejection

I need to configure/edit the requisition specific reason for rejection menu. Anyone know where/how I can do that?

When a requisitiion based status is defined as not selected, the requisition specific reason for rejection menu comes up. I can't remember where I can edit the menu items available.
