Methodology and Links between User Types and Reporting
Content
Hello,
We recently migrated to 12B, but instead of having the new User Type folders created in our Reporting, we retained the old files, and the permissions are linked through User Groups. I'm looking to find documentation on how the two are linked so that my IT contact and I can devise an action plan.
I'm also interested in information regarding how to segregate data and the possible avenues for this to be completed in the system utilizing user types or user groups.
If anyone has any advice or documentation, please let me know.
Best,
Amy Legg-Utz, PHR
