Bank account number validation

Is there a way to have a new hire enter their bank account number twice and verify that the fields match before submitting the form?

We are collecting bank information in Taleo to be fed to our payroll system. We have had issues with bank account numbers being incorrect. We're wondering if there is a way to enter the bank account number twice and have the system verify the two fields match before submitting the form.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
