External Candidate Quick Filter Doesn't Exist?

Do we have the ability to add an "external" filter under Candidate Quick Filters? We're currently on version 12B.10.2.
We have the option, under Quick Filters, to filter and only show internal candidates. What’s odd is that we don’t have the same option to filter out internals to only show externals. The screenshots in the attached document show all the options we have under our “Candidate Quick Filters”. In order to only see external candidates, we have to go into Advanced Filters and select Internal, No. Logically speaking, if we have an internal option under Quick Filters, there should also be an external option. It’s an unnecessary 2nd and 3rd step to go to Advanced Filters.
