Scheduling Center Link in Invitation Correspondence Not Working

We have a correspondence set up to be sent to candidates inviting them to self-schedule an interview using the Scheudling Center.  We have been using this since 2008 with occasional updates as needed.  We upgraded to 12B.5 in mid-November (we were on 11A.8.3) and since the upgrade, the link to self-schedule has not been working.  I've verified that the token used in the link in the correspondence paragraph is correct.  I contacted Oracle Support and they told me that I needed to recreate my correspondence from scratch.  I did that and it did not change the result.  They then indicated
