eSignature for Matched Candidates

When a candidate applies they eSign their application for the requisition they are applying to. However, a recruiter may move them to another requisition and hire them to that requisition. We're finding that matched candidates have their eSignature dropped. At this time, we are not sending out the correspondence telling them that they were matched to a requisition; we have found this causes more issues than help.
How do you handle dropped eSignatures on matched candidates?
Our recruiters would like to see the eSignature follow the candidate, not the requisition. When we were a paper application shop the candidate would sign their application, indicate up to X number of jobs they were interested in and then we'd take it from there.
