Updating New Hire record with company email address

Hi,

I would like to know how is every one out there who is using onboard are updating the system with the corporate e-mail address for the new hire.

When we get an acceptance of offer from the candidate we onboard the candidate with the necessary bundles. remember the candidate e-mail id is his personal id during this time and the same e-mail is copied to the employee record. Now when the candidate joins us his employee record will still have the personal e-mail address.

I would like to understand how do you update these new hires e-mail address with the corporate e-mail address. Do you use the CSV import method giving all the employee codes and updating the e-mail address ??
