Business is entering Internationally: How do other customers use Taleo for this?

Hi,

Nordstrom will be entering internationally for the first time, starting with Canada in Fall 2014. We wanted to know if there are any lessons/learned with other customers who have entered internationally using Taleo and what we should expect.
