Allow employees to submit resumes with out registering their referral

Hi,

We have an internal careers website which encourage our internal employees to view the requsitions and submit thier referrals. But when they want to submit the referral they have to enter all the details that a candidate has to enter, like create password for that registration and all. They are not finding this very friendly and they are not liking the idea of submitting all that data onbehalf of candidate.

When an employee is submitting his referral i would like them to just fill the candidate first name and last name, and the source name should be by default set to Employee Referral and the Refrral name text box should be open for them to enter their name.
