Can you add "Review Template" to the employee import file?

We have a situation where we will have 2 review templates, one for managers and one for non-management employees.  In total, we have 350 employees.  We have yet to import our employees and were wondering if we could add a column in the import file for "Review Template." That would allow us to create two templates and assign those to the employee through the import file. 

I have looked at the import file template and I don't see "Review Template" as a column on the spreadsheet but I know that it is a field in Perform within the employee record.
