Federal and State Tax Form Assistance for New Hires

We recently went live with Taleo Onboarding and our new employees are having difficulty understanding how to complete the tax forms and complete them correctly.  We are considering providing some sort of educational tool to help new hires understand how to correctly complete the tax forms.  We realize we cannot provide specific help to them regarding their elections; however, we are thinking about providing general information on what each blank means on the tax form via power point or some other way.  Before we go this route, we would like to know if any other company has experienced new hires
