Hi,

I am trying to count candidate activity for candidates in a CSW that are rejected in the recruiter screen step, but only if they hit the advance status.

I created the following variable, but it did not produce any results.

=Count([Candidate ID])Where([Application Current Step and Status]InList("Recruiter Screen - Reject - Auto Notify";"Recruiter Screen - Reject - Manual Notify") And ([Historical Step & Status]InList("Recruiter Screen  -  Advance")))

Does anyone else reports on candidate activity if those candidates only hit certain statuses?
