Competency Reports

We just started using Taleo for our Performance Reviews. We want to do a report on overall scoring per competency for the entire company. I ran the competency reports from Insight and they are not what I want. We ran a report where results first of all were given by factors not by the overall competency and then it gives me by employee, so for each employee I get 4 scores (depending on the competency) per employee. Then I did it by department but I still get rating by factors and not in overall results. It doesnt give overall results
