Insert "Submit Referral" button on the internal careers website requisition View Page

Hi,

We have an internal career openings page available for our employees to have a look at the list of requisitions and then to send it to friend or a submit the application on behalf of candidate. Assuming these employees does not have user records in Taleo so there is no way they can go to submit referral option available under home view.

WE would like this "Submit referral" button to be available on the internal careers requisition view page. Could you please tell me how to achieve this and instruct the step by step process.
