Branding for subsidiaries

Any sugegstions on how I can brand different reqs and email tenplates separately by company subsidiaries? Let's say there is a parent company whose name is listed as the Company Name in the Org setup / Company Profile. And let's say that parent company has 3 subsidiaries that are all using the same TBE system, but want to brand separately. Setting up career websites for each is easy. But email templates use the Company Name field all the time, and the parent company name may not be appropriate for the subsidiaries to use. So when I want the email tamplate
