Multi Rater- Due Dates

Hi-
I'm not sure if this is something that can be changed, or is an issue with how we have our system set up, but I wanted to throw it out there to other people to see if they've noticed the same problem.
When a manager sends out a multi rater request, they have the ability to set a due date. By default our due date is 7 days before a review is due. When the multi rater receives the email request for feedback, the due date for the request (7 days before the review due date) is in the email. see below.
