Turning Off the PERFORM e-mail Reminders Because . . .
Content
Friends,
Guess what? We have people who must keep their cell phones on all night to respond to “Help Desk” inquiries and IT emergencies.
The PERFORM e-mail reminders are reaching them at 12 midnight or 1 am. It is waking them up unnecessarily.
These are the review, self-assessment, multi-rater and approver e-mail reminders.
So we have decided to turn off the reminders. I’ll remind them during working hours.
QUESTION: Since there is no reminder on-off function I can find, I’m wondering if they will go off if I set the “Recurrence” to zero (0) days?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
