Carrying Goals Over

I realize you can close a goal but I am looking for an easier way to carry goals over in a new review period.   We have set goals for the first 6 months of the year.  In June we will do a formal review process but we want these same goals to carry over but be editable. Any way to include the goal in the review but also keep it In Progress and editable?
