packaging candidate, offer and req forms

Just wondering if there is a way that we could package requistion and candidates forms together in recruit? At the moment we have to complete 3 separate actions to get the info we want.
Ultimate aim is that we require certain information for payroll once a role is filled. i.e. offer details, job details and candidate details.
The way I am working round it at the moment is to go to selected candidate file and "view" the offer details, then going to printable view (as I understand there isn't a form option for offer details??). And then going back to the main candidate view and printing the form I have created with relevant information; then going to the req and printing the created form.
