Can Prescreening Tabs be removed from the Manager WebTop?

I have been looking into this and can not seem to find a solution or work around so that Managers are not able to view candidate screening questions in the manager webtop.

I know this topic has been tossed around in multiple discussions, but is there a solution for this, or  has anyone developed an effective work around?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
