Template issues

Hello, I am having an issue with templates populating correctly.  I am using the “word clipboard”, and when I paste it into the window it looks fine:

But when I hit “ok”, it makes the font very large (see below).  It also won’t allow me to change the font size within that window…when I click on the “size” drop down, the screen just shakes, and no drop down happens.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
