Computed field definintion

I built a custom insight report for a client and they want to capture the time to hire. Unfortunately, the "Requisition Candidates - Actual # Days - Hired" isn't returning a meaningful number. Does anyone know how this field is actually calculated?

What I'm acutally after is the total number of days from when the requisition was created to the candidate hired date.
