Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has done a Organization Restructure in Taleo? Can you please share your experiences? What are the risks and impacts?
Currently in Taleo, we have Organization Structure set up in the below level:
Parent | Business Group |
Child | Business Unit |
The Department has one to one relationship with Business Unit and Business Group
We are thinking about changing the Organization Structure in Taleo to closely reflect the actual company Organization Structure, and would like to change it to below:
Parent | Fidelity Company |
Level 2 | Business Group |
Level 3 | Business Unit |
Level 5 | HR Division |
Level 6 | Department |
And for the department, we want to associate it with this Hierarchy/attributes:
