Review Manager Workflow

How many review managers can I assign to one employee?  Can I have contributions from 2 "team  leads" on 1 review before it gets sent to the main manager?

EX.  John's review is started by Beth, when beth has contributed, it gets sent to Jack.  Once Jack has contributed, the review gets sent to Manager Joe for final approval.
