Taleo Reporting Function: Open Positions Report Unsuccessful Load

For some reason I am unable to pull an Open Positions Report that I have run weekly since last year as a Recruit Administrator in Taleo.  I am able to get as far as putting in the dates for when the report should be run but it never actually loads, instead I  receive  this message:

An error occurred in our system while processing your task. Please confirm whether your task has been completed. If not, please try again.

If the problem persists,

- Please contact your company's Taleo Business Edition system administrator as your primary point of contact for support.
